1. Where can you buy the 15k armor at, Drok's?

2. Do green items drop in pve or do get them via pvp?

1.) Marhan's Grotto, Granite Citadel and the Fissure of Woe
2.) in PvE, in the area of Grenth's Foot and Sorrow's Furnace

1> 15k is marhans/granite/FOW, although commonly mistaken with 1.5k FORGE armor from Droknar's.
2> Grenth's Footprint has a good variety of nameds who drop greens <learn them by name, it's helpful then click "Ctrl" key and look round for em and fight to em> and inside Sorrow's Furnace.

You mean 1 point 5k(1.5k) armor, not 15k, is at Droknar's Forge.

I'm sure that's what he meant. I have the 1.5k Drok's armor just trying find the 15k.
